– Refund Requests
Our refund policy outlines the procedures for requesting and receiving refunds for our services. To process a refund for RDP plans, a valid reason is required. In cases where a valid reason is provided, we will make efforts to resolve the issue or issue a refund. However, we are not obligated to provide a refund if you have violated our terms of service.
– Refund Eligibility:
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new VPS hosting accounts. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason within the first 30 days of signing up, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees, excluding any setup fees or additional services purchased.
2. Service Disruptions: In the event of service disruptions or downtime caused by issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund of your hosting fees for the affected period. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the severity and duration of the service interruption.
3. Cancellation Requests: If you wish to cancel your VPS hosting account and request a refund, you must submit a cancellation request through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Refund requests submitted after the 30-day money-back guarantee period will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
– Non-Refundable Items:
1. Setup Fees: Setup fees and one-time charges associated with the creation of your VPS hosting account are non-refundable.
2. Additional Services: Fees for additional services, such as domain registrations, SSL certificates, or software licenses, are non-refundable.
3. Renewal Fees: Renewal fees for VPS hosting accounts are non-refundable once the renewal period has commenced.
– Refund Process:
1. Refund Request: To request a refund, please submit a support ticket or contact our billing department with your account details and the reason for your refund request.
2. Verification: Our billing team will review your request and verify your eligibility for a refund based on the terms outlined in this policy.
3. Refund Issuance: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
– Cancellation of Services:
If you request a refund for your VPS hosting account, your account will be canceled, and all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted from our servers. It is your responsibility to backup any important data before requesting a refund.
– Important Notes
- If you violate our Terms of Service, no refund will be provided.
- Cancellation requests made without prior support contact or within 24 hours of creating a support ticket will not be eligible for a refund.
- You agreed to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy during payment. Payment providers such as PayPal or Payza also follow our policies for refunds.
- If you do not agree with the above rules and restrictions, please refrain from placing a Server or RDP order.
